WILLIAM E. (BILL) FELDER, CPA
President / Chief Executive Officer
Bill Felder has more than 30 years’ experience in practice management for healthcare professionals. In 1995, at the request of his anesthesiology clients, Bill founded Compass Anesthesia Services Group, Inc.
Bill is directly involved with the formation, management, and development of anesthesiology groups in and around the Houston, Dallas and Denver markets. He negotiates managed care contracts, hospital anesthesia services agreements and subsidy agreements on behalf of many of the groups we represent.
Prior to his involvement with healthcare, he was the manager of taxation and partnerships at a publicly traded oil and gas company in Houston for 10 years.
Bill is actively involved in several medical, anesthesia and CPA member organizations, and he is also active in community service and outreach. He is a graduate of Lamar University.
JODIE FELDER, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Jodie Felder joined Compass Anesthesia Services Group in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer. Under her direction, all of the financial and economic activities are executed, ensuring long-term strength and viability for Compass Anesthesia, as well as the practices we represent.
Prior to joining Compass, Jodie was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a Houston-based investment banking firm.
She started her career in public accounting with KPMG, working with clients in the healthcare and financial services industries.
Outside the office, Jodie serves on several boards and is active in many community organizations. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University.
KIMBERLY DENARD, CPPM
Chief Analytics Officer
Kimberly Denard has been with Compass Anesthesia Services Group since 1999 and currently serves as Chief Analytics Officer.
Kimberly provides tremendous depth in management and client support capabilities, often serving as the front-line contact for Compass Anesthesia, as well as the practices we represent.
Kimberly started her career in accounting and financial management in the College Station and Houston markets. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Rob Campbell, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Rob joined Compass Anesthesia Services Group in 2019. He brings over 17 years of experience in Anesthesia operations management, and 22 years in healthcare overall. Along with a partner, he started up and grew an anesthesiology billing and management company that was bought out after 12 years. He served for 4 years as Administrative Director of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Houston Methodist in the Texas Medical Center. He also brings hospital and clinic operations consulting experience.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS in Health Science, and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
Traci Chamberlain, CPA
Director of Client Services
Traci Chamberlain joined Compass Anesthesia Services Group in 2012. As Director of Client Services, Traci is responsible for ensuring the work we perform on behalf of our clients meets all regulatory and industry guidelines and requirements in a timely manner.
Traci has nearly 20 years of experience in public and private sector accounting, including six specializing in healthcare. Prior to joining Compass Anesthesia, she served as Chief Financial Officer for R. Chaney & Co., an equity investment firm focused on the energy industry. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
Laura Felder, CPA
Corporate Controller
Laura Felder joined Compass Anesthesia Services Group in 2017. As Controller, Laura oversees all internal accounting and HR functions for Compass. Additionally, Laura provides support for our clients in the accounting and financial reporting areas.
Laura began her career in public accounting with Ernst and Young in Houston, serving both public and private clients. Laura graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and her Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
